Ground Floor accommodation comprises :
Lounge with laminate
light oak flooring, large "L" shaped sofa which seats
eight, 32" wall mounted LCD television with Freeview, view of
bay, beach and coastline - patio doors through to dining area

Dining Room
with light oak laminate flooring is situated in a sun room /
conservatory which is a very pleasant environment only receiving the
evening sun and enjoys views over the bay, beach and coastline. The
large dining table and chairs accommodate eight people in comfort |

Kitchen is open
plan off the lounge area. It is fully equipped with electric "Rangemaster"
range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and washer / drier
along with toaster, kettle, perculator and crockery and cutlery for
eight people. The breakfast bar can accommodate four people.
There is an iron and ironing
board and the property has a built in vacuum system |

Bedroom
- the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor has full disabled
access if required. The bed can be made up to either a superking
double or twins. There is an en-suite bathroom / wet room with bath,
shower, toilet and wash basin.
French doors lead onto the patio and the room enjoys the views over
the bay |
First Floor accommodation comprises :
Main Bedroom - king size double
bed - views over bay and countryside
Second Bedroom - can be made up
as a double or a twin
Third bedroom - two single beds

All bedding is provided -
however as with all beach cottages we do NOT supply towels -
customers should bring their own

Lligwy View is heated by
underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first
the floor - the heating system is oil fired - there is no gas on the
premises
The kitchen and bathrooms are connected to a heat exchanger system
which extracts the air from these rooms and replaces it with warmed
fresh air |
Outside the
property there is :

- private lawned garden area
- wheel chair ramp access
- parking for up to 4 cars |
